Shipping

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. 

Please allow 1-5 business days for processing and printing, then add the appropriate timing depending on your location in the world.

In most cases, for most orders, please allow at least 2 weeks for the fulfilment time.

  • USA, Europe - Between 3 days to 2 weeks
  • Japan - Between 3 days to 2 weeks
  • Taiwan - Between 2 days to 1 week

We use Taiwan postal and Amazon fulfillment for deliveries depends on the location you select.

  • Please note that these times are estimates only and not a guarantee, especially with the global pandemic slowing postal times down worldwide.
  • Also note that we must ship to an actual address, PO boxes will not be accepted.

Once you place the order, you will receive an confirmation email withing 12 hours.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Shipment times vary by product.

In the event that your order arrives damaged or incomplete in any way, please email us within three business days of receipt with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo of the condition where applicable. We address these on a case-by-case basis and endeavor to reach a satisfactory solution.
